I organize Gmail using a system of color-coded labels and automated filters for Accounting, Admin, Clients, Legal, and Priority. Emails are sorted based on sender, keywords, and urgency, allowing for faster response times, better follow-ups, and a consistently well-managed inbox

I apply a consistent file naming format to ensure documents are easy to identify, sort, and retrieve quickly.

Data Analysis 

I completed a Deloitte job simulation focused on data analysis and forensic technology, where I developed a data dashboard using Tableau to visualize key insights. Additionally, I utilized Excel to classify data, analyze patterns, and draw actionable business conclusions.

Forensic Technology 

I participated in a Deloitte job simulation under “Forensic Technology,” analyzing telemetry data from Daikibo in Tableau. I interpreted the data into actionable insights to help the client identify patterns and support decisions, strengthening my analytical skills.

Project Management 

I recently participated in CBRE’s job simulation on the Forage platform, and it was incredibly useful to understand what it might be like to participate in a Project Management team at CBRE, to conduct an initial review a showroom project plan for a global manufacturer of high-end kitchen appliances and to create a Gantt Chart to manage the project timeline.

Client Service

Completed a job simulation assisting a hypothetical non-profit client in recording liabilities, learned the key functions of an ECRM to check account history, updated client activities and escalated a client request on behalf of the Service Director, read a transcript of a call between the Service Director and the client, and submitted a call report.

Data Entry
